Written with a ‘90s vibe, Adds Up To Goodbye is a tongue-in-cheek country-crooner in first person about a love that clearly is coming to an end. You get the sense that the narrator is sick of putting up with her lover and “turning” the other cheek”, leading to a sarcastic, fed-up tone. Katie Beth takes the song to another level with her western style and captures the unapologetic love with her powerhouse vocals, vivid storytelling, and an outlaw spirit. She continues to bring real country back to the airwaves.
Artist Bio:
Katie Beth Mihm is a Nashville recording artist and Texas award winning songwriter. She hails from the Texas Panhandle where she brings her ranching and Native American Roots to the forefront to give her an inspirational Americana sound of the western culture. Katie Beth has spent the past 3 years recording and touring all over Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and New Mexico with her band Coyote Rose. From selling out shows to packing dancefloors she has been making waves in the Country and Americana scene. She has had numerous singles that made the Texas Country Music, T3R, CDX, American Country Music Charts and European Country Charts. Her latest single, Adds Up To Goodbye, is set for release in fall of 2026. This single was produced at Parker House Studios by Andrew Akins who also produced Katie’s successful singles such as, Here I Go, Fireflies and Dancehall Dreams.
